**COORDINATOR, MEMBERSHIP**
**Full Time, 80% In Person**
**Salary starting at $62,000/year**

**What will you do?**
- You will coordinate and liaise with internal teams as the go-to for all recurring member-related events and initiatives, and will be part of the development and rollout of any new initiatives that drive member value. From creating landing pages, to supporting with event logistics and communications, you will help drive engagement to member events
- You will also be responsible for data collection, analysis and reporting on the membership base, for various internal and external stakeholders.
- Passionate about building and nurturing community and strengthening relationships
- Driven to excellence in customer service
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing administrative or project management role with exceptional organizational skills
- Experience in growing a formal community and nurturing members via client support, customer success and strong relationship-building skills.
- Experienced in gathering data, compiling information, and preparing reports.
- Able to create new processes and work to make existing processes more efficient
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment, adapt and be proactive.
- Proficiency with digital communication and project management tools, such as G-Suite, Asana, Slack, Eventbrite, HubSpot and Notion are considered an asset.
**Who you are**:
- **2+ years experience using Hubspot, building workflows, dashboards, and managing automation and creating integrations**:
- **Impeccable attention to detail in all work with reliable follow-through on commitments.**:
- **Skilled at managing projects and using time effectively. Experience in Asana an asset.**:
- **Customer service mindset at all times**:
- **Passionate about community building**:
- **Proactiveness to solve problems before they arise and without being asked.**:
- **Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with teammates, founders, partners, members and other players in the tech ecosystem.**:
- **Able to be in person/on site 80% of the time as the go-to person for member support and customer service**
