**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with internal sales team members to gather necessary information for customer proposals;
- Coordinate, compile, develop, maintain, and package time sensitive customer proposals and orders in accordance with customer and Comco requirements;
- Organize and maintain databases and electronic filing systems;
- Ensure all documents are properly labeled, stored, and easily retrievable;
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness;
- Ensure timely document submission and approval
- Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures;
- Respond to inquiries and requests related to document control;
- Assist in expediting process;
- Access and retrieve documents from computerized databases or other sources as needed.

**Education and Skills Required**:

- **Education**:Completion of Business/Office Administrative Certificate/Diploma, or Supply Change/Logistics program, will be considered an asset;
- **Work Experience**:1-2 years office administrative experience;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in file management and recordkeeping techniques
- Familiarity with document control software systems such as SharePoint
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word. Outlook) and Adobe Writer
- Comfortable with technology in general, and experience with ERP software
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken

**NOTE**: This is not an entry-level position. Prior experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role is preferred.

**NOTE**: Due to our location a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle is an asset
