**Position Summary**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and manage documents and records for sales bids, quotes, and orders.
- Work closely with sales representatives to format and arrange documents, ensuring timely submission to customers.
- Coordinate, compile, develop, maintain, and package time-sensitive customer proposals and orders in accordance with company and customer requirements.
- Manage and control the Vendor Data Document Requirements excel sheet, tracking all necessary submissions.
- Ensure all documents are properly labeled, stored, and easily retrievable.
- Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures.
- Respond to inquiries and requests related to document control.
- Assist in the expediting process.
- Access and retrieve documents from computerized databases or other sources as needed.

**Education and Skills Required**:

- **Education**:Diploma or certificate in Office Administration or equivalent.
- **Work Experience**:1-2 years in document control, project administration, office administrative experience.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to details.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically: Excel), SharePoint, Adobe Writer, and document management systems.
- Comfortable with technology in general, and experience with ERP software
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and customers.
- Experience in document control, sales support, or a similar role is an asset.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken

**NOTE**:

- This is not an entry-level position. Prior experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role is preferred.
- Due to our location a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
