We are seeking someone who is passionate about customer service and **highly focused on order fulfillment.** In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the location by working closely with logistics and manufacturing teams to manage timely order placement, adhere to scheduling requirements, and coordinate carrier bookings. Your experience will be essential in driving accuracy and efficiency throughout the order processing cycle, while maintaining strong, service-oriented relationships with customers.

**About The Role: Exceptional Support and Customer Solutions**

**Responsibilities**:

- Deal with customer questions, requests, and concerns regarding different companion animal feeds (training provided).
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase process efficiency.
- Accept and process incoming orders, answer questions, and solve problems.
- Accountability for the **entire order fulfillment process** to fill Pet food orders from order creation thru to booking carriers and scheduling warehouse dock times.
- Collaborate well with other departments to maintain/achieve a high standard of customer service.

**Skills and Expertise**

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail experience focused on excellent customer service.
- Strong customer management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- ** Familiarity with order systems is a must**; strong understanding of system-based order workflows will be critical to success in this role.

**Expectation from the Role**:

- Work directly with our clients, which may include a variety of customers, from independent clients as distributors to individual pet owners, and customers covered by a key account.
- Demonstrate collaboration, good organizational and communication skills (written and verbal), high learning capacity, high level of integrity, and influencing skills.
- Act like an owner/entrepreneurial, focus on continuous improvement, be team-oriented, show respect, and be coachable.
- ** The role is fully on-site.**
