**Novus Glass is looking for a Customer Service Representative**

As a **Customer Service Representative**, you will act as a brand ambassador and deliver a positive experience to all customers.
**A day in the life of as CSR at Novus Glass**:

- Review the services offered with clients and sell different programs explaining the benefit of our other service offerings.
- Sell NOVUS vitres services and provide exceptional customer service in order to build strong and lasting relationships with customers.
- Assign the work order to the technicians.
- Set up practical meetings with customers, depending on the availability of the store.
- Keep the customer database up to date to ensure its efficiency.
- Order parts and materials for all jobs.
- Close work orders and collect payment for completed work orders.
- At least 1 year experience in customer service
- Knowledge of the auto glass industry, an asset.
- Computer knowledge
- Excellent work ethic, commitment to quality and positive team attitude

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
