Overview:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage customer-initiated calls seeking company-supplied Agricultural Products. You will source inventory to create sales as well as outsource products from vendors for non-stocked items requested to meet customer needs, eventually leading to closing sales and meeting monthly targets.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Handles inbound customer requests for pricing and availability; manage quotes from inception to end; ensure all customer needs are identified and addressed and timely follow-up
- Provide high level customer service, develop, build, and maintain positive relationships and trust through open and interactive communication resulting in repeat client base
- Log all customer interactions; follow up and take ownership of issues that arise and advise customers of resolutions
- Enter quotes and invoices into the company’s invoicing system; provide freight quotes and invoices
- Locate alternative products that are not in stock from approved vendors
- Review, monitor, and follow up with inactive customers; make outbound calls to previous customers to generate new leads
- Provides input to assist in keeping price lists and catalogs updated.
- Complies with the requirements of the company’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System (when required).

**Key Education/Experience/Skills**
- 2 years’ sales experience ideally within the agriculture and construction parts sectors
- Strong written, verbal communication skills, effective time management and organization
- Ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds and locals
- High School graduate, or equivalent work experience
- Intermediate/Advanced computer knowledge/skills (MS Office, ERP Systems)
- Ability to contribute to the company's operation and principles through ethical practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
