NCH Canada Inc. is a worldwide leading manufacturer and distributor of industrial maintenance products. We are looking for a full-time delivery specialist with a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience as an D-Z driver who will be responsible for the delivery and pump-off of products, and who has the drive, determination and a desire to work as part of a great team.

**Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
The following is a list of the primary duties and responsibilities of the employee, which the company reserves rights - as outlined in the employment contract - to alter, when necessary, based on the demands and requirements of the proper functioning of the Company:

- Drive company delivery vehicle around the GTA, Ottawa and Montreal regions
- Perform pre-trip inspection of vehicle
- Comply with all company policies and procedures regarding the delivery of goods while ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our products and services.
- Loading and unloading products in a safe manner, and operating various material handling equipment, chemical transfer pumps and other equipment that may be required
- Maintain BOL’s, driver logs, trip expense reports along with pre/post trip reports
- Reporting vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles.
- Deliver product and proper paperwork to our customers in a courteous and timely manner
- Complying with all applicable Provincial and Federal driving legislation related to commercial vehicle operation and the National Safety Code.

**Applicant Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education an asset)
- Possess a valid D-Z license.
- Clean Driver's abstract
- Clear Criminal Background Check
- Has trained or working knowledge of Transportation of Dangerous Goods regulations.
- Has knowledge in use of a tailgate and powered pump truck.
- Knowledge of methods and precautions in storing and handling a variety of chemicals.
- Willing and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Overtime as required.
- Travel and work across and outside of Ontario as required (expenses paid by company).
- Some mechanical aptitude
- High level of integrity, work ethic, and reliability and dependability.
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanour at all times when representing the company and under stressful situations
- Strong problem solving and communication skills

**Work Conditions**
- 5-day work week. Overnight routes, usually Tuesday through Thursday (Ottawa/Montreal route).
- Work both indoors and outdoors.
- Moving chemical drums, (often weighing 75 - 100 lbs), perform chemical transfers using a transfer pump, and operating various equipment will be regularly required.
- Use of personal protection equipment will be required (e.g. safety boots, respirator, etc.)
- Comply with all NCH Canada Inc. policies and procedures

Pay: $29.00-$32.00 per hour
