The ideal Real Estate Conveyancer will be responsible to handle real estate transactions from beginning to end. We are looking for someone who would like long term employment with advancement opportunities.

**Responsibilities of Real Estate Conveyancer**:

- Follows conveyance procedures
- Reviews documents submitted by agents
- Solely responsible for the accuracy of processing the deal files from the time the deal is entered to closing
- Confirms that all required/mandatory documentation has been submitted
- Enters all contract data into conveyancing software
- Confirms all data and commission amounts
- Verifies and enters Trust deposit details into conveyancing software
- Ensures that funds have been deposited on time & correctly
- Notifies and follows up with agents on all missing or deficient items
- Confirms commissions with co-operating brokerage
- Sends all conveyance instructions and documents to notaries&/or lawyers for completion
- Receives registration at closing and notify agent
- Reports outstanding issues to agents and Broker of Record
- Tracks all closings and follows up on payments that have not arrived

**Education**:

- High School Diploma/GED required

**Experience**:

- Must be comfortable working in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Knowledge of Lone Wolf Back Office, Skyslope, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, an asset
- Must be responsible, dependable and trustworthy
- Keen Attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Able to work as a team and independently
- Occasional later shifts, in rotation

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Real Estate Conveyancing: 1 year (required)
