Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced industry and help clients achieve their real estate goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Market and advertise properties to attract potential buyers or tenants
- Conduct property showings and provide tours to interested parties
- Assist clients in determining their real estate needs and preferences
- Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties
- Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate transactions
- Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals involved in the real estate process
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes in the real estate industry
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships
- Manage administrative tasks related to real estate transactions
- Assist with property management duties as needed

Qualifications:

- Valid real estate license or still attending courses to obtain license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience in administrative or customer service roles is beneficial
- Knowledge of property management principles is advantageous

Pay: $10,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
