The Opportunity
Due to explosive growth, Connective Intelligence is looking to add top talent to it’s incredible team with the position of Administrative /Executive Assistant
Responsibilities include:
- Daily Calendar: booking all sales calls, meetings, workshop dates, coaching sessions and rescheduling as needed. Send calendar invites, set up GoToMeetings and conference calls.
- Workshop Management: Project Lead: work with client(s) to coordinate dates., obtain details from client such as competencies, print all documents for Brett to prepare for programs, such as: slides, Competency Analysis documents, handouts sheets, pictures, etc.
- Quickly adapt to and learn priorities of the President, including the President's active projects as well as day-to-day administration required by the President
- Manage and coordinate all travel preparations for the Principal which includes making arrangements for accommodation, transportation, conference registrations, meeting schedules, etc. and preparing complete itinerary for the travel
- Handle complex change situations as they arise, including rerouting travel, changes in accommodations, or last-minute changes in event schedules
- Back up on Workshop Materials: ensure all necessary product and handouts, be the FINAL check on all necessary materials for client interactions
- Customer Service: send client(s) information details of assessments, explain assessment process and provide timelines, answer inquiries regarding our services
- Handle complex situations as they arise with speed, and discretion, including need for urgent meetings and changes to detailed arrangements involving numerous other parties; tactfully communicate to other parties when schedules and priorities change
- Manage Client list
- addresses and phone numbers / new and old clients
- Website Administration: update company sites as required
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$64,979.00 per year
