Food Service Associate
Overview:
**Duties**:
- Greet customers and assist them with menu selections
- Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Uphold food safety standards and practices at all times
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with restaurant management procedures is a plus
- Experience as a cook or in a similar role is advantageous
