Job Title: Food Service Supervisor Location: Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour We are hiring a motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor for a fast-food restaurant on behalf of our client in Saskatoon . The selected candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a team, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain food quality and safety standards, and optimize overall efficiency. Team Management: Schedule shifts to ensure smooth operations. Provide guidance and performance feedback. # Customer Service Excellence: Ensure prompt and friendly service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. # Food Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of food quality and sanitation. Enforce food safety regulations and conduct regular inspections. # Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability. Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training for employees. Administrative Duties: ~ Prepare and maintain reports, including production and quality metrics. 8-hour shifts (Day, Evening, and Morning) ~ Monday to Friday, with weekend availability High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 6 months of experience in the Food & Beverage industry for candidates inside Canada Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry for candidates outside Canada English proficiency with CLB 6 minimum Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Proficient in food service technology and software Salary: $18.50 to $20.00 per hour On-site parking Support for eligible candidates under Canadian immigration pathways, including: LMIA Provincial Nominee Programs (for selected candidates)
