Sierra Floral Distribution is one of Eastern Canada's leading distributors of fresh cut flowers. Established in Montreal in 1986 and with 3 branches across North America, we are proud to supply millions of units of quality flowers each year to wholesalers and the retail market.

The objective of the position is to provide administrative and customer service support to the sales department in order to ensure a level of service that meets or exceeds the expectations of our internal and external customers and increases our sales.

The position can be held from our Mississauga (ON) or Ville St-Laurent (QC) offices.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Sales support**:

- Customer support: Answering customer requests and questions (products, logistics, etc.) and taking orders in the absence of sales representatives.
- Marketing support - preparation of customer-specific offers as well as support and maintenance of the SFF corporate website
- Holiday sales support (preparation of sales forms / order entry)
- Participate in sales and marketing projects and meetings (e.g. price lists, weekly sales, fixed-price orders, annual planning, etc.).
- Maintain standing order management system
- Maintain Websys system as required
- Answer calls from time to time
- All other sales support tasks

**Sales reports** (as required)
- Provide detailed customer file reports for inventory/inventory tracking and analysis
- Provide detailed margin analysis reports: customer + sub-category

**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**

**Education**
- College diploma in administration, any other relevant academic background will be considered
- Education or knowledge in horticulture, floral products is an asset

**Experience**
- At least two (2) years of professional experience in a similar role

**Skills and Requirements**
- Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office; (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service in a customer-oriented environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in French and English
- Speed of execution, good organization and attention to detail
- Strong sense of planning and organization in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in parallel
