Health and Safety Manager

With a workforce of over 225 field technicians, the company is dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of its associates and customers while delivering first-in-class solutions and workmanship.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
- **EHS Program Management**: Oversee various strategic programs that positively impact safety culture, such as Incident Management, Safe Driving, Telematics/Dash-Cam technology, Risk Management.
- **Compliance**: Liaise with provincial agencies pertaining to compliance in EHS disciplines, such as OHS, WorkSafe, WHMIS, and other regulatory bodies.
- **Partnership with Operations**: Engage with local leadership and influence decision making processes to positively impact cultural change around EHS disciplines.
- **Root Cause Analysis**: Understand the lifecycle of an incident, methodologies for root cause analysis and successful execution of lessons learned.
- **Data Analysis**: Subject Matter Expertise in EHS metrics and a clear vision of organization impact of metrics and KPIs. Utilize enterprise data collection processes.
- **Collaborate across origination**: Ensure alignment of goals to support the global enterprise.
**Education/Experience Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in EHS discipline (Safety Management) or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in an EHS role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital EHS solutions, such as learning management systems, incident management suites, training platforms, etc.
- Industry specific certifications from accredited organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel requirements: 30%
