**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Engagement**: Greet customers warmly and provide fast, efficient service to ensure an outstanding CANNABIS XPRESS experience.
- **Industry Representation**: Represent the legal cannabis industry positively and actively engage with the local cannabis community.
- **Product Expertise**: Educate and advise customers on various cannabis products and accessories to build lasting trust and rapport.
- **Brand Promotion**: Promote quick and efficient access to cannabis products, reinforcing our brand identity.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all standard operating policies and procedures and maintain compliance with legal regulations.
- **Store Maintenance**: Contribute to a clean and accessible store environment through daily cleaning, merchandising, and sanitary practices.
- **Confidentiality**: Ensure all proprietary information is kept confidential at all times.
- **Additional Tasks**: Perform ancillary tasks as assigned to support store operations.
**Requirements**:
- **Certification**: Possess or be eligible to receive CannSell certification.
- **Background Check**: Possess or be willing to obtain a background check
- **Legal Age**: Must meet the legal age requirements to work at a cannabis retailer.
- **Experience**: Minimum of four years customer service in a fast - paced retail environment. Previous experience in sales is preferred. Must have a thorough and consistent understanding of KPI's.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills with the ability to excite and engage customers about their visit.
- **Passion**: Genuine passion for the cannabis industry and culture.
- **Education**: All educational backgrounds will be considered.
