**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly and verify age (19+) before entry.
- Provide expert recommendations on cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
- Process transactions accurately using **COVA POS** (cash handling, debit/credit, operating/diagnosing any POS related hardware and loyalty programs).
- Receive, inspect, and stock inventory shipments from the **Ontario Cannabis Store (OCS)**.
- Maintain store organization, including restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are clean and appealing.
- Follow strict security and compliance protocols to uphold store safety and regulatory standards.
- Conduct inventory counts, audits and assist with stock management.
- Keep the store clean and presentable (sweeping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces & etc).
- Open and close the store as needed, following all operational procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Must be **19+ years of age**.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada without restrictions.
- **Existing CannSell Certification is a must**:

- Strong knowledge of **cannabis products, strains, and legal regulations**.
- Experience with **COVA POS** is a strong asset.
- Ability to lift up to **15 kg**.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Available to work flexible hours, including **mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays (Store Business hours: 9am-11pm, 7 days a week)**.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English** (additional languages are a plus).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers for sales, inventory, and customer service tasks.
- A passion for cannabis culture and continuous learning about new products.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- High integrity and a commitment to workplace ethics.
- Previous experience in **cannabis retail, retail management, or customer-facing roles**.
- **Existing CannSell certification**.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Social Media skills.
