**Required Qualifications**:
Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus in Finance/ Accounting/ Computer Sciences or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience specialized in Hyperion, PowerBI or data analytics may be considered.
**Additional Required Qualifications**:
3-5 years of working experience in finance, data analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in data analysis and financial reporting tools. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to system management. Strong understanding of financial principles, budget management, and accounting processes. Proficient in MS Access, Excel, and Word. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision. Ability to handle highly confidential/sensitive issues tactfully and diplomatically. Critical thinking and judgment must be used often while dealing with complex or unusual problems and issues, in addition to decisions requiring changes to established policies, regulations or processes. Flexibility to accommodate competing and changing workload demands. An analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience in healthcare is an asset. Familiarity with budgeting processes and internal controls is highly desirable. Experience with Data Relationship Management (DRM), Hyperion and/or Microsoft PowerBI is an asset.
