**Opportunity**:
First Truck Centre has an exciting opening for a Service Advisor in our Edmonton South location. Working on the front line with our customers, the Service Advisor will contribute in one of Canada's best managed companies. **Responsibilities**:
The Service Advisor is the main point of contact for our customers whose vehicles are in for maintenance or repair. As the liaison between the technicians and our customers, the service advisor ensures our technicians have all relevant information from our customers and that our customers are informed about their vehicle's progress. The service advisor ensures full-cycle quality service for our customers from drop off to pick up.

**Skill Set**:

- Customer service focused with strong communication skills to document customer transactions
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once while providing excellent customer service
- Proven record of following safety procedures, provincial/federal legislation, and company policies
- Must be a motivated self-starter able to work in a fast paced, detailed, and process driven environment
- Confident using computer systems, writing reports, and using scheduling tools

**Requirements**:

- Minimum one year experience as automotive or heavy-duty service advisor
- AB Class 5 driver's license
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Must be able to perform physical tasks throughout your shift including climbing in and out of trucks and standing for long periods of time
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol, and physical fitness testing
