**What You’ll Do**

As a **Business Development Representative**, you’ll be the driving force behind OnDeck’s growth. You’ll play a critical role in **identifying, pursuing, and closing new opportunities**, while also nurturing existing relationships. Whether you’re attending conferences, strategizing entry into new verticals, or following up on leads, you’ll bring energy, expertise, and creativity to everything you do.

You’ll collaborate with the Business Development team, Marketing, and Client Success teams to craft innovative solutions, drive revenue, and position OnDeck as a leader in the OOH space. This role is a unique blend of **strategy, relationship-building, and hands-on execution**, with plenty of room to grow alongside our company.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Conference and Event Engagement**
- Represent OnDeck at **10+ conferences annually**, showcasing our innovative solutions to prospective clients.
- Network like a pro, turning introductions into meaningful connections that drive business opportunities.
- Coordinate post-event follow-ups to ensure leads are nurtured and converted.

**Lead Generation and Follow-Up**
- Own the inbound lead process—respond quickly, qualify prospects, and drive them into the sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage potential clients, setting the stage for successful partnerships.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, using CRM tools to track progress and forecast revenue.

**Vertical Expansion Strategy**
- Collaborate with leadership to **develop strategies for entering new verticals**, such as higher education, government, and youth-focused organizations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, key players, and untapped opportunities in target industries.
- Pitch innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of each vertical.

**Relationship Management**
- Work closely with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Digital Ops, and Client Success) to ensure seamless collaboration and client satisfaction.
- Build trust with stakeholders across all levels, becoming their go-to resource for OOH solutions.

**What You’ve Got**

**Experience & Skills**:

- **2+ years** in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in **OOH advertising**, **digital marketing**, or **higher education**.
- Proven track record of driving revenue and closing deals in a B2B environment.
- Experience attending industry events or conferences and representing a brand to prospective clients.
- Ability to develop and execute strategies for entering new verticals.
- Strong CRM skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) and a data-driven mindset.
