Location: Owen Sound, ON

**As a Line Paint Operator, You Will**:

- Promote, lead, and execute a Safety-First culture for all employees, sub-contractors, and consultants in compliance with Miller Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) polices and contractual HSE obligation for the staff and public are met
- Operate Skip box’s and Monitoring systems while performing painting of new/existing lines
- Operate Forklifts and Loaders
- Lay out and pre mark on new and existing asphalt, Following plans/drawings
- Set up and take down Traffic control including flagging operations as per OTM book7
- Maintain accurate documentation - driver logs, fuel records, time sheets etc
- Facilitate a healthy work environment
- Maintain/Clean equipment as required and conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs as needed
- Other duties as assigned

**What You'll Bring**:

- Previous experience in highway painting and maintenance with knowledge of OTM Book 7 traffic control will be given preference
- Previous mechanical experience with the ability to perform minor repairs on equipment, considered an asset
- Willingness to learn and appreciate Miller Values - safety, quality and integrity so we can continue “Building Greatness”
- Excellent team player with the ability to work productively in a highly functional team
- Willingness to work assigned day and night shifts
- Ability to travel with extended stays, when required
- Ability to perform manual labour and lift up to 50 pounds
- Class G License
