**As a Crusher Operator, You Will**:

- Monitor material quality, inspect and troubleshoot material and equipment
- Record information accurately
- Daily completion of equipment log
- Identify deficiencies and implement a plan for continuous improvement
- Coordinate and operate changing crusher cone, jaws and screens as needed
- Perform job hazard analysis for each job task
- Promote safety awareness; follow company policies and procedures, health, safety and environment
- Act in accordance with OH&S Legislation and Practices
- Perform other plant and yard duties as assigned

**What You'll Bring**:

- Experience in crushing and screen plants
- Welding and mechanical skills, considered an asset
- Ability to operate a loader considered an asset
- Dependable and reliable
- Proven safety record and excellent compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations for Mines and Mining plants
- Working knowledge of environmental policies, standards, and best practices
- Common Core training, considered an asset
- Valid drivers license with a clean abstract and daily access to a vehicle
- Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
- Willingness to extended hours, nights and weekends as the schedule demands
- Ability to work independently
