We‘re looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our team and company owner, Alanna. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage calendars and scheduling to keep operations running smoothly.
- Prepare and manage contracts, invoices, and reports.
- Assist with organizing company files, policies, and documents.
- Support the owner, Alanna, with day-to-day tasks and special projects.
**Requirements**:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
