**In your role, you will**:
Maintain files and spread sheets.
- Create documents and communications for internal and external parties.
- Assist with on boarding and hiring.
- Prepare expense reports.
- Meeting minutes
- Payroll
- HR assistance
- Inventory orders, and control
- Perform health safety-related data entry, report maintenance and documentation review (we are COR certified)
- Help to identify, document, and standardize best practices.
- Provide support to management.
**Skill & Experience Requirements**:
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently, or in a group setting.
- Strong organizational skills
Efficient, accurate and attention to detail
- Strong data entry and MS office skills,
- Problem solver
- Reliable
- Ability to multitask
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years experience in a similar role
- 1+ years experience with Quickbooks Online
**The following would be considered assets, but not required**:
- ADP Workforce now software experience
- COR experience
- Valid driver’s license with 3 years personal insurance history
**Position Type & Schedule**:
Part
- time position at our office. This position can lead to a full time opportunity.
25-30 Hours weekly
**Compensation**:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour, the starting wage offered will depend on experience / education.
