**About the Role**

This is an ideal position in a community pharmacy located within a collaborative multidisciplinary clinic. You will have the opportunity to work alongside physicians and other health team members in a professional environment. The pharmacy operates during daytime weekdays, offering excellent work-life balance

We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented individual to join our team immediately.

**A Day in the Life**

Under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you will ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy through the following tasks:

- **Prescription Processing**:Assist the pharmacist in entering prescriptions into the software (Kroll), accurately typing/printing labels, and filling/billing prescriptions.
- **Customer Service**: Provide friendly and professional assistance to patients, process sales transactions, and answer incoming telephone calls
- **Inventory Management**:Take inventory of medications/supplies and restock shelves.
- **Triage**: Direct all questions relating to prescriptions, health matters, or clinical advice to the pharmacist.
- **Maintenance**: Ensure work areas remain organized and clean

**Qualifications & Skills**

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of pharmacy retail experience (preferred).
- Proven experience assisting in a pharmacy environment

**Education**:

- High school diploma or GED.
