**Your work environment at EXP**

In this role, you will be a part of the **infrastructure **team, based in the North Bay office

**What a day at EXP has in store for you**
- Assisting with the planning and design of infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges and water systems.
- Conducting site visits and surveys to collect data and assess project feasibility
- Creating engineering drawings and models using CAD software
- Assisting with cost estimates and scheduling
- Conducting research and analysis to support project decisions
- Reviewing and interpreting engineering specifications and regulations
- Participating in project meetings and presenting project updates to stakeholders
- Conducting quality control checks on project deliverables.

**What your experience looks like**
- Class 5 Driver's License (or min Class 7 N) and access to your own vehicle
- Flexible work hours
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
- Punctuality and effective time management skills to meet client deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in one-on-one conversation and technical reporting
- Students with a background in Civil Engineering are preferred
