**What you'll be working on**
- Compile data from various sources and accurately record transaction activity in the company's accounting system to support timely report preparation.
- Monitor, review, analyze and reconcile GL accounts to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Work with other Finance team members to continuously improve and automate team processes and templates
- Participate in projects and initiatives as assigned
- Provide back up to the team and support other business units as required
- Participate in the internal and external audit process, as requested

**Working Conditions/Role requirements**
- Available/eligible to work for an 8 month co-op placement
- This role is hybrid, mostly working remotely and partly from our University Ave office or York Mills office.

**What you'll need to have**
- Eligible students must be registered as a full-time post secondary student inan accredited institution.
- Knowledge of Accounting, Finance and Data Management
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Attention to detail/accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks
- Ability to think logically, analyze, solve problems, and learn new technology
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Interest in pursuing a CPA designation is a plus
