**Key Responsibilities**
- Manages staff through all food and beverage service activities. Ensures they have sufficient resources, undertakes corrective action, and ensures proper scheduling.
- Ensures that food and beverage offerings are prepared in accordance with predetermined quality standards.
- Assists food truck associates in the prep and execution of the menu.
- Ensures consistent food and beverage preparation and the highest caliber of food and beverage presentation and takes advantage of all opportunities to improve upon both.
- Ensures a high degree of customer satisfaction. Resolves customer concerns.
- Retains a thorough and updated knowledge of all company policies and procedures, and applicable provincial and local regulations.
- Liaises with the casino management teams to ensure that a high level of effective communication is maintained and participates in casino initiatives.
- Is an ambassador for the Match brand. Acts as a liaison between Gateway Casinos and Entertainment Limited and the local community in which the food truck is operating.
- Develops and supervises food truck staff to achieve high levels of performance and customer service.
- Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of all emergency procedures, health and safety for employees, correct operating of equipment, and proper driving practices.
- Ensures proper maintenance of the food truck, both from a daily cleaning perspective as well as adhering to a strict maintenance schedule.

**What You Bring**
- 2 - 3 years of culinary experience in a leadership capacity (this is a hands-on position)
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in restaurant supervision or an equivalent combination of education, and experience
- Serving IT Right License Certificate or provincial equivalent
- Food Safe Level 1
- Red seal or equivalent certification an asset
- Proven leadership skills - able to direct and supervise staff
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Previous experience with food trucks an asset
- A valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract is mandatory
