**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Execute renovation projects from start to finish, including demolition, framing, drywall installation, and finishing work.
- Painter
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various tasks such as construction painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Perform concrete forming and restoration tasks to enhance structural integrity and aesthetics.
- Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate project timelines and material needs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and deliver results that meet or exceed expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during the renovation process, ensuring timely resolutions.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in renovation or construction roles is essential.
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and equipment relevant to renovation tasks.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical systems, concrete forming, welding, and restoration techniques is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project demands.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
