BOST Construction Inc. is a Toronto-based construction company specializing in residential renovation projects across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Support the demolition of residential structures
- Perform framing and metal stud framing tasks
- Carry out general interior renovation duties as requested by the General Contractor
- Install drywall, tape, and sand
- Complete trim work and finishing
- Assist with painting
- Install fixtures and fittings

**Required Experience & Skills**:

- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role
- Operational knowledge of basic hand tools and machinery
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving tasks
- Prompt and on-time arrival at job sites
- Fluent in English

**Other Requirements**
- Own/lease your own vehicle
- Valid G-Class driver's license
- Willingness to travel across the service area: Peel, York Region, Simcoe County, Durham, and Toronto
- Ability to lift up to 85lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Own basic set of tools and responsible for caring for loaned equipment

**Additional Pay**:

- Overtime pay as applicable

**Schedule**:

- 8-hour shifts (8am-5pm)
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
