**Job Requirements**:

- Must be physically fit (Able to lift up to 50lbs)
- Must hold valid G or G2 drivers license
- Must have personal vehicle
- NO criminal record
- Skills to use appropriate machinery and equipment in a SAFE manner
- Understanding of general construction/renovation procedures & processes

**Job Details**:

- Framing
- Drywall
- Painting
- Trim work
- Using equipment such as; drills, various types of saws, grinder, etc
- Manual labour/physical work
- Working with others (Team Player)
