- To be able to lead all workers on site or the crew they are responsible for, while performing the hands on tasks we have set for the day.
- To comprehend all stages of construction on all projects and help assist and guide our team and also trades on site.
- To speak with management team in regards to needs of sites, where we stand, materials we may need, issues, and daily reports of sites you are attending
- Help younger crew members learn how to properly perform their job
- To understand and perform a little bit of all trades to help repair, install, and maintain construction projects and perform those tasks so that other tradesman are not needed. (Drywall installation, tapping, painting, finish carpentry, little bit of plumbing and electrical etc.)
- To have knowledge and skills in areas that involve renovations such as Framing, Drywall installation, taping, painting, finish carpentry, Tile, plumbing and electrical etc.
- To be a responsible and punctual person who has a sense of belonging for the activities carried out on a daily basis.

No Education necessary.

8 years minimum in the construction industry.

Work Remotely

**Salary**: $28.00-$45.00 per hour
