- Reporting to the Transportation Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating the documentation and execution of P&H’s bulk vessel shipping program. This role requires intense collaboration with traders, vessel brokers, vessel agents, surveyors and terminals to execute the shipment in the most time and cost efficient manner._

**Your day to day activities will include**:

- Prepare all pertinent shipping information for customers and surveyors, including vessel name, product, etc.
- Work with vessel agents and various surveyors and testing labs to prepare vessel documents
- Prepare shipping labels for documents
- Prepare invoices and settlements for product, freight and service costs
- Process vessel invoices
- Create, prepare and file all customs documentation including custom manifests and B13’s
- Prepare and review lay time calculations
- Work with traders, brokers, agents and terminals to coordinate preferred vessel timings at both load and unload.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain
- Knowledge of the agricultural industry is considered an asset
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and high proficiency in Excel)
- Must be familiar with terminology associated with agriculture, logistics and movement of goods
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
