Cambridge Ford is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Business Development Coordinator to join our Service Department. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on connecting with people, managing details, and keeping a busy department running smoothly through strategic customer outreach.

As the sole Ford franchisee in Cambridge, and one of the largest dealerships in the Waterloo Region, we serve thousands of loyal customers from our 44,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility. With nearly 50 years of trusted service, we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to customer satisfaction, integrity, and operational excellence.

**What You’ll Do**:
This position is all about customer connection and service retention. You’ll be the voice of Cambridge Ford’s Service Department — responsible for outbound calls, appointment scheduling, and building lasting relationships with our valued customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential service customers to schedule maintenance, recall work, or inspections
- Follow up on missed or declined service opportunities
- Provide professional, courteous responses to customer inquiries
- Coordinate with the service advisors to ensure smooth scheduling and workload balance
- Accurately update and maintain customer records in the CRM system
- Support service marketing efforts and retention campaigns

** What You Bring**:

- Experience in a customer service, call center, or dealership role (BDC/service preferred)
- Confidence and professionalism on the phone — clear communicator with a friendly tone
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A team-focused attitude with a strong sense of initiative and follow-through
- A passion for helping people and solving problems
