**Sales and Administration Coordinator**

Our extensive training program will position you for success through product training seminars, phone shadowing, product and procedure training, and continual development.

You are a proactive and supportive Administrator who has experience assisting Executives by arranging meetings and attending to meeting protocols, arranging travel and providing other ad hoc support.

You will attend to Contract, International, and Tier one customer needs, while supporting the Sales Management Team, through your understanding of our customer base, _sales_ reporting systems and performance metrics, to ensure _sales_ targets are met.

This includes placing orders & contract quotations, pricing inquiries, set up of new pricing & contracts, tracking orders, stock checks and overseeing administration of new Showroom launches. Assisting with recruitment & onboarding of new employees.

**Personal Skills and Abilities**:Positive and confident professional demeanour and very strong communications skills in English orally and written (French language skill an asset). You easily organize your work and recall details through your superior attention to detail. The nature of your flexibility helps colleagues and customers adapt to changing circumstances.

You will guide interactions using strong listening and problem-solving skills, honed by your positive service orientation. You are naturally personable and able to form relationships that encourage cooperation and collaboration. Strong problem solving and decision-making skills are approached with reason and confidence.

**Functional Experience, Skills and Abilities**:Minimum 5 years experience in Sales Administration or Customer Service position. Must be strong in Word, Excel and Outlook; experience using CRM’s, Qlik reporting and AS400 an asset, but not required.
