**CUPE 2331 Supply Secretary / Clerical**

**$ 30.36 per hour**

**Position Summary**:
Under the direction and supervision of the School Principal, the supply secretary / clerical is responsible for providing administrative support to school administration, staff, students, and parents.

**Major Responsibilit**ies**:

- Provide excellent customer service for students, staff, and parents.
- Maintain accurate records and enter data as required and as per Board policies.
- Provide minor first aid to students and prepare injury reports. Perform other related tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- High school graduation plus an additional specialized program/course of up to one year or equivalent.

**Experience**:
A minimum of six months of experience is required.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Knowledge of YCDSB Systems would be an asset.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.

The above position is posted in accordance with CUPE 2331 Collective Agreement Article 12.01.
