We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable and Billing Agent to join our Finance and Accounting team.
- Expedite/improve billing and coordination with major customers;
- Follow up on accounts receivable with customers for collection;
- Collaborate with the billing team and operations to resolve issues;
- Ensure that necessary corrections are made in the systems;
- Implement solutions to resolve issues at the source;
- Responsible for the billing of certain clients;
- Prepare various key performance indicator reports;
- Provide administrative support to the billing and accounting team;
- Maintain the customer database in Oracle;
- Perform all other related tasks.

- Excellent organizational skills and thoroughness;
- Ability to be proactive and resourceful;
- Good priority management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines;
- Solution-oriented and efficient;
- Autonomy;
