**Location**: Victoria, BC, In-Person

**The Position**

Support automation and database management across operations. You help design and test lightweight automations, monitor them for accuracy, and document workflows that keep everything reliable. You also research and implement AI tools that improve efficiency, while providing training and occasional IT support. This role is about combining process thinking with technical curiosity to keep systems smooth, accurate, and future-ready.

**What you will do**
- Assist in building, testing, and deploying automation workflows using no-code/low-code platforms, APIs, and scripts.
- Research, evaluate, and introduce AI tools that improve workflows and knowledge management.
- Monitor automations and handle exceptions to minimize downtime.
- Document processes, write guides, and train staff on AI and automation use.
- Provide occasional IT support, including troubleshooting and managing user accounts or permissions.

**First 90 days**

**Week 1** Learn systems, tools, and team workflows.
**Week 2** Begin testing and monitoring existing automations.
**Week 3** Document processes and spotlight unfinished database developments
**Month 3** Take ownership of automation QA, deliver small process improvements, and support team adoption of tech solutions.

**What you bring**
- 1-3 years of experience with automation platforms, AI tools, or scripting basics.
- A process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Clear communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
