As an **Intermediate Automation Test Specialist**, you’ll be: - Acquiring a comprehensive knowledge of Leadpages’ products and services - Developing and maintaining automated tests and scripts to sustain software quality - Resolving test automation infrastructure issues promptly and efficiently, minimizing disruption to test automation processes - Building, researching and evolving the test automation framework capabilities to enhance test coverage - Reviewing automation code authored by team members to maintain code quality best practices - Performing testing on software changes to uphold a high standard of quality - Participating in and organizing regression and acceptance testing activities, ensuring thorough evaluation and validation of release builds for acceptance sign-off - Investigating and replicating issues reported by customers to ensure prompt resolution - Providing technical assistance to our customer success team, aiding in problem-solving and issue resolution as needed - Taking ownership of creating and evolving QA and test automation processes - **After 1 week** - You will be onboarded and introduced to the engineering and product teams - You will be getting familiar with Leadpages’ products and services - You will have reviewed Leadpages’ current QA processes - **After 1 month** - You will have a thorough understanding of all products and services and know how our customers are using them - You will have worked with members of the wider engineering team to set up the necessary automation framework - You will have started the process of creating End to End automation tests using the newly created framework - You will have planned out the testing for and personally assisted with the testing of at least one release - **After 6 months** - You will have tested and created automated End to End tests for multiple releases and are beginning to replace existing regression test suites with automated equivalents - You are integrating yourself with the various project teams and anticipating future releases, creating test plans for each - You are able to assist the support team in answering technical customer questions and feel completely comfortable with customer workflows **What we would like to see in you.** Every Redbricker has three things in common: _We’re curious, hungry, and good-humoured
