As an Intermediate Automated Test Specialist at Delivra, you’ll be: Acquiring a comprehensive knowledge of Delivra’s products and services Testing software (manually and via automation) to uphold a high standard of quality Developing and maintaining automated tests and scripts to sustain software quality Resolving test automation infrastructure issues promptly and efficiently, minimizing disruption to test automation processes Building, researching and evolving the test automation framework capabilities to enhance test coverage Reviewing automation code authored by team members to maintain code quality best practices Participating in, and organizing regression and acceptance testing activities, ensuring thorough evaluation and validation of release builds for acceptance sign‑off Investigating and replicating issues reported by customers to ensure prompt resolution Providing technical assistance to our customer success team, aiding in problem‑solving and issue resolution as needed Taking ownership of creating and evolving QA and test automation processes After 1 month You will be onboarded and introduced to the engineering and product teams You will be getting familiar with Delivra’s products and services You will have reviewed Delivra’s current QA processes You will have tested your first tickets manually You will have written your first automation test After 2 months You will have a thorough understanding of all products and services and know how our customers are using them You will have worked with members of the wider engineering team to improve and refine the automation framework You will have started the process of planning out automation across Delivra’s portfolio using the newly created framework You will have personally assisted with the testing of at least one release After 3 months You will be architecting/building and maintaining test automation frameworks created as part of the wider automation plan You will have all the knowledge necessary to investigate and answer any technical questions related to the products. You are confident on signing off on new features and functionality, and are supporting those releases with accompanying End to End automation testing You are actively removing reliance on manual testing and future‑proofing our software by building out automation suite Qualifications Every Redbricker has three things in common: We’re curious, passionate, and good‑humoured. As an Intermediate Automated Test Specialist at Delivra, there are extra specialties we’re on the lookout for: Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Over 3 years of solid experience as an automation test specialist software developer, with a specialization in web applications. Demonstrate proficiency with end‑to‑end test automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, or equivalent, combined with the ability to automate testing across browsers and in mobile environments. Preference will be given to candidates who can also demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as JS/Typescript, C# or other .NET languages with a strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. Demonstrate expertise in API testing and test automation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a detail‑oriented, self‑starting, problem‑solving mindset. Nice‑to‑Haves Some experience in performance testing tools. Some experience in penetration testing for identifying security vulnerabilities in software applications. Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git/TFS) in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) Experience with ESPs (Email Service Providers) would be hugely beneficial Next Steps Apply with your cover letter, resume, and links to your GitHub or public repos.
