**Position: Business Development Manager**
**Location: Richmond/Delta Areas**
Reporting directly to the Director, the Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in building successful relationships within the community. If you're passionate about making a difference and thrive in networking environments, we want you on our team

- Proactively build relationships with potential referral partners in your assigned region, including social workers, hospital care staff, and care facilities.
- Align and explain our services, demonstrating how we can help potential referral partners and clients.
- Create and implement marketing activities in the healthcare field and community events, fostering opportunities for partnerships and community health support.
- Conduct in-home assessments, develop personalized care plans, and successfully close leads and opportunities.
- **Key Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Sales and marketing experience.
- Healthcare experience is an asset, with a willingness to learn about our industry and clients' needs.
- Proficient in using various computer systems.
- Active listening skills and a passion for quality care.
- Valid driver's license and use of own vehicle.
