**Responsibilities**:
English
- Daily review of dead & excess inventory reporting to determine and execute best course of action including return, transfer, discount, sell off, disposal or donate
- Engage with Sales Organization on underperforming customer dedicated inventory (CDI) hosting monthly meetings to address top dollar value dead & excess items
- Document action plans resulting from monthly meetings with Sales following up to ensure completion
- Maintain an archive of all CDI agreements
- Publish monthly reporting of inactive items announcing intent to return generic items to supplier
- Engage with suppliers on vendor returns to reduce dead & excess inventory levels coordinating with Operations, Finance and Global Trade Compliance teams
- Engage with Category Management to resolve issues associated with vendor returns
- Process all supplier returns, stock transfers and disposals of dead & excess inventory, produce documentation required, coordinating stock transfers and disposals with Operations
- Engage with Inventory Management to minimize excess inventory and maintain optimal inventory levels
- Publish monthly reporting on sell off items; includes Odd Lot and E-Blast programs
- Update inventory parameters such as stocking flags to preven replenishment of dead & excess items

- Examiner quotidiennement les rapports sur les stocks dormants et excédentaires (D et E) afin de déterminer et de prendre les meilleures mesures, notamment leur retour, leur transfert, un rabais, une liquidation, leur élimination ou leur don.
- Discuter avec le Service des ventes des stocks propres aux clients non performants dans le cadre de réunions mensuelles portant sur les stocks dormants et excédentaires de valeur.
- Documenter les plans d’action découlant des réunions mensuelles avec les Ventes et en faire le suivi.
- Archiver toutes les ententes touchant les stocks propres aux clients.
- Publier un rapport mensuel sur les articles inactifs et aviser de notre intention de retourner les produits génériques au fournisseur.
- Discuter des retours avec les fournisseurs dans le but de réduire le niveau des stocks dormants et excédentaires, en collaboration avec les équipes Opérations, Finances et Conformité des échanges commerciaux mondiaux.
- Discuter avec l’équipe Gestion des catégories en vue de résoudre les problèmes liés aux retours aux fournisseurs.
- Traiter tous les retours aux fournisseurs, transferts et éliminations de stocks dormants et excédentaires, produire la documentation requise et coordonner le transfert et l’élimination des stocks avec les Opérations.
- Discuter avec l’équipe Gestion de stocks afin de minimiser les stocks excédentaires et d’optimiser le niveau des stocks.
- Publier mensuellement un rapport sur les produits en liquidation, y compris les programmes de lots dépareillés et de publipostage électronique.
- Mettre à jour les paramètres d’inventaire, comme les indicatifs de stockage, afin de prévenir le réapprovisionnement de stocks dormants et excédentaires.
