We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to be part of our amazing team. We are a family-oriented and supportive group who is very welcoming to newcomers. We are looking for someone available to work full time on a **flexible schedule**. Our business in open 7 days a week from 7AM-9:30PM. **Some evening and weekend shifts will be required**.

**Overview**:
The front desk receptionist is the ambassador for our business. We rely on this individual to interact with the public and represent our team with equal parts friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer telephones, schedule appointments, and provide appropriate information regarding services.
- Collect payments and generate invoices for clients.
- Explain office policies to new clients.
- Assist with client files and intake forms.
- Receive and organize deliveries and shipments.
- Prepare treatment rooms for RMTs.
- Refill office and treatment supplies on an ongoing basis.
- Ensure the clinic is clean and presentable.
- Sanitize high-touch points.
- Launder and fold towels/linens.
- Count and balance cash at the beginning and end of the shift.
- Prepare financial and treatment summary reports.
- Wear office uniform and name badge.
- Other duties as required.

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
