*Overview*

*Responsibilities*
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
- Manage client appointment booking and rescheduling
- Assist client to submit the eclaim to their insurances
- Perform data entry, typing, filing, and other clerical tasks
- Manage the front desk area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
- Provide customer/therapist support and assist with inquiries
- Utilize excel sheet for basic accounting tasks
- Assist with therapist duties if required
- Open or close the clinic

*Qualifications*
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Familiarity with Jane and Fresha booking systems is a plus
- Familiarity with Telus and other insurance direct deposit systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
