**About the Role**

This is not just a receptionist job — it's a **front-line sales opportunity**. As our **Front Desk Sales Representative**, you’ll warmly welcome guests, promote treatment packages, and help convert consultations into loyal clients. You will play a key role in the growth of our clinic by offering exceptional client service and closing in-person sales.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet clients with a polished, upbeat attitude
- Promote services and treatment packages to new and returning clients
- Book appointments and manage schedules efficiently
- Upsell skincare products and aesthetic packages
- Follow up with leads and re-engage lapsed clients
- Maintain a clean, stylish, and organized front area
- Support the clinic team with light admin and social media engagement

- Strong **sales personality** — comfortable engaging clients and presenting offers
- Friendly, warm, and naturally persuasive
- Experience in **aesthetics, medspa, beauty, or luxury sales** is a strong plus
- Available to work evenings and Saturdays

**Qualifications - Front Desk Sales Representative**
- **High school diploma or equivalent** (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- **Minimum 1-2 years of experience** in sales, customer service, or front desk/reception (preferably in a medspa, clinic, or luxury service environment)
- **Exceptional interpersonal skills** — confident, friendly, and professional in person and over the phone
- **Strong sales orientation** with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets or upsell services/products
- **Well-groomed and polished appearance** aligned with a high-end beauty and wellness brand
- **Excellent communication skills** — verbal, written, and presentation
- Comfortable with **booking software and CRM tools** (e.g., Boulevard, Vagaro, Mindbody, or similar platforms)
- **Organized and detail-oriented** — can handle scheduling, client records, and multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Able to work **evenings and weekends** as needed to support clinic hours and special events

Pay: $17.20-$21.19 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
