**How You’ll Succeed**
- Service and Product knowledge: Deeply understand our suite of products and services to recommend the best service for the client.
- Innovate: Provide clients with additional information on Jack Nathan MedSpa’s services and products in support of their cosmetic and esthetic goals.
- Deliver results: Win over our clients so that their inquiry turns into completing a service.
- Administratively proficient: duties include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, booking consultations, and obtaining required documentation.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience in an Inbound Call Center, preferably selling a service.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) along with interpersonal skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to have difficult conversations and overcome objections.
- A great phone manner with the ability to build rapport and show empathy with strong listening and questioning skills.

**MANDATORY REQUIREMENT**:
**Effective November 15, 2021, all Jack Nathan Function Health employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Full vaccination occurs 14 days following the second dose of a Health Canada approved vaccine.**
