Image Desk Appraiser

Fix Network is looking for an **Image Desk Appraiser **able to take a firm grip on the wheel and complete our projects in a constantly changing world. In this role, you will utilize various estimating systems to review and approve estimates to insurance partner’s guidelines and requirements. They will provide feedback and coaching opportunities back to locations on identified opportunities. In addition, the **Image Desk Appraiser** will assist with and help with the oversight in supporting our Head Office estimate compliance program.

**Your responsibilities as an Image Desk Appraiser at Fix Network;**
- Review and approve estimates for accuracy and compliance to insurers repair guidelines.
- Estimate parts and labour requirements to repair damages to vehicles.
- Provide feedback and coaching opportunities back to locations and operations team
- Constant communication with insurers and strategic partners in order to ensure and improve estimate performance.
- Other related duties as assigned.

**For this position you will need**:

- College diploma in a related field
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive industry and appraisals
- Bilingualism (French and English; written and spoken) is considered an asset
- Experience dealing with insurance adjusters and appraisers
- Experience with Image Desk
- Knowledge of automotive repair software including Mitchell and Audatex
- I-CAR certified or equivalent (preferred)
- GAA licensed (preferred)
