In this role you will be responsible for assessing, directing, and overseeing the operations of the image desk reviewers’ team as well as utilizing the estimating systems to review and approve estimates to insurance partner’s guidelines and requirements. You will also provide feedback and coaching opportunities to your team and identified locations and opportunities.

**Your responsibilities as an Image Desk Manager at Fix Network;**
- Evaluate image desk members skills set
- Identify areas of improvement and provide the proper coaching or training in collaboration with the training team, insurer, or other contributor as needed.
- Provide reports to leadership team as required.
- Work in collaboration with Operations field teams and data team.
- Maintain employee work schedules including assignments, training, and vacations.
- Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality and efficiency.
- Review and approve estimates for accuracy and compliance to insurers repair guidelines.
- Estimate parts and labour requirements to repair damages to vehicles.
- Provide feedback and coaching opportunities back to his team and operations team
- Constant communication with the image desk reviews, operations team, insurers and strategic partners in order to ensure and improve estimate performance.
- Other related duties as assigned.

**For this position you will need**:

- College diploma in a related field
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience 5 years as an automobile damage appraiser or manager in a body repair shop.
- Bilingualism (French and English; written and spoken) is considered an asset
- Experience dealing with insurance adjusters and appraisers
- Knowledge of automotive repair software including Mitchell and Audatex
- I-CAR certified or equivalent (preferred)
