As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Lawyer** to join our growing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for **newly licensed lawyers** or **recent Bar graduates** to gain practical experience and develop expertise in **corporate** and **immigration law** within a professional business environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal guidance and support on **corporate law matters**, including incorporations, business compliance, and contract management.
- Assist with **immigration law cases**, documentation, and advisory support for clients and internal business needs.
- Draft, review, and interpret contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and ensure adherence to relevant Canadian laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with management and external partners on legal and strategic matters.
- Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Must be a **licensed member in good standing** with the **Law Society of Ontario (LSO)** or any other **Canadian Bar Association**.
- Strong foundational knowledge of **corporate law** and **immigration law**.
- **Newly called lawyers** or **recent Bar graduates** are welcome and encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ethical judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple files and meet timelines with professionalism.
