**Job Summary**:
**Qualifications**:

- Law degree from a recognized institution
- Member in good standing with a Canadian provincial or territorial law society and family law
- Minimum [1-2] years of experience practicing immigration law in Canada
- Experience appearing before the IRB and federal court judicial reviews
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organizational and time-management skills

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal advice and representation on all aspects of family and Immigration law.
- Represent clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) and other relevant administrative tribunals
- Stay updated on legislative and policy changes in Canadian immigration law
- Handle legal matters related to divorce, child custody, support, and property division.
- Assist with adoption, guardianship, domestic violence cases, and marital agreements.
- Draft, file, and respond to legal pleadings, motions, and other court documents.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
