Yorkdale Volkswagen is hiring a **Pre-Owned Sales Consultant.**

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Meet and exceed your pre-owned vehicles unit sales targets.
- Establish and maintain long lasting relationships with clients.
- Ask clients qualifying questions to determine their needs and provide vehicle options accordingly.
- Assume full responsibility for the entire sales process, including: getting to know the client; accommodating the client’s product preference via a presentation and demonstration; finding the right pre-owned vehicle for the client via product supply resources; determining the best trade-in value via a fair and equitable process; satisfying the client’s purchasing needs via a seamless sales process; preparing the client for ownership by ensuring a smooth and thorough delivery that accommodates all of the client’s expectations; and establishing a consultative relationship with each client.
- Develop new business and leads to increase client base through focused personal marketing efforts that may include, but are not limited to, direct mail, networking affiliations, social media, and telemarketing.
- Follow up on all leads generated by the website, walk-ins, off-lease reports, prospect reports, the call centre, referrals, and aftersales.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- Valid Canadian Driver’s License in good standing
- Valid OMVIC License or ready to get one
- Process oriented
- Previous Automotive Sales experience is an asset
- Ambitious and driven to learn and grow your professional skillset
- Possess a can-do attitude and ability to adapt to a changing work environment
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Resourceful, well organized, dependable and detail oriented
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
